The Computational Materials Science Network (CMSN) will be accepting proposals to form new Cooperative Research Teams (CRTs) on an ongoing basis. Preproposals for doing so will be examined by the Scientific Oversight Committee as they are received, but there is no guarantee that in a given year any proposals will be funded.
