Sponsors may setup information as early as Sunday afternoon and leave them it up until Wednesday afternoon.

We plan to have electrical cords to all tables which should satisfy modest power requirements.

We plan to have a tack board behind each table with usable space 3'9" high by 7'7" wide.

We plan to have wireless internet access in the lecture hall; we don't yet know if it will reach the sponsor area.

We'll have to lock up any equipment at night; the lobby area has lots of windows. Do not leave valuables unattended at any time.

We'll have a carts with wheels to move the equipment to a safer area at night.  Sam Fain will be available from Noon to 1 PM and after the workshop which ends by 5 PM on Sunday, and at 8 AM Monday to access items received at UW.   Other access to stored equipment will be at 8:30 AM Tu and W and access to put away equipment will be at 7 PM Sunday, 9 PM on M and Tu, and 6 M-W.

The sponsor tables will be 72" and 30". The photos show one such table.
