Term Projects

• Project 1 (due MAY 5):
  • Find at least 10 websites devoted to Special Relativity. Select the 3 most useful sites for learning; write a 1-page summary and review for each. Also, turn in a list of all 10 URLs you found, with brief comments. Preferably: email as a .doc or text file.
• Project 2 (due JUNE 2):
  • Choose a topic relevant to the class which is mentioned in the Einstein and Minkowski papers, or in Taylor & Wheeler, Feynman, Moore, or Griffiths, and learn about it in greater depth than in class: read references, work out calculations, prepare demonstration graphics or software, etc.
    • Submit proposed choice of topic via email by 4/28
    • Reports may be term papers (~10pp), websites, or presentations (in class on June 2)
