Support: Please email help@phys.washington.edu for hardware and software support! Our first-tier technical support schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM and will work to respond quickly. Alan, Bill, and Richard are on a rotating daily schedule to meet your needs. |

| New Astronomy Tape Library September 25, 2007 -- The department of Astronomy has added a LTO4 tape drive and library to the centralized storage. This upgrade allows Astronomy to backup nearly 20TB of disk to tape! These tapes are then transported to Spokane, WA as emergency offsite backups for the departments. Welcome new students and faculty! September 24, 2007 -- The PACS team welcomes new faculty, students, and staff to the Physics and Astronomy departments. |
