In this first application of TD-SLDA to the nuclear system, we have considered the response of 48Cr to a Coulomb field generated by a relativistic projectile. Note the change in color, which signals turning the interaction on then off (the projectile interacts with the target only from 20 fm to -20 fm). The impact parameter is z=10 fm, and the projectile moves in the x=0 plane.
