Online registration for everyone will begin one week prior to the start of the quarter and will end one week after the quarter begins on the first day of class.
The class meets twice a week for 7 weeks.
Tentatively, there will be a lecture-demonstration on Tuesdays at 1:30 and a practicum on Thursday at either 10:30 or 1:30.
The classes last 1.5 - 2 hours each.
There is a fee of $250 for the training class. This can be paid by budget number or by check. Students working with a research group may talk to their supervisor about paying the fee on a grant budget number. If paying by budget number, the Budget Principal Investigator will need to approve the charge (Upon receipt of a completed form, the department Fiscal Specialist will email the Budget Principal Investigator requesting approval). If paying by check, please bring the check to the Front Desk in room C-121 (in the Physics main office). Your registration will not be complete and you will not be assigned to a practicum session until payment is receieved..
The last day to pay for the class or drop the class for a full refund is the third Friday of the quarter
