The Applet Collection One of the best pages of applets for kinematics and mechanics, with lots of everything else.
Physics 2000Good collection of applets, including laser cooling of atoms, LCD displays, and more.
Fowler's Physics Applets Just a few applets, but includes some neat ones on Rutherford scattering, Brownian motion, and current research in nonequilibrium systems.
Georgia Tech Links to Applets Georgia Tech has links to interesting applets online, too.
"Optics Bench" applet. This is a great demo of an optics bench with mirrors, lenses, and apertures. Use full screen for best effect!
Reddy's Physics AppletsLots of applets, including some basic math for vectors and calculus. Hasn't been updated in a while.
Reflection/Refraction from NTNUSite maintained by National Taiwan Normal University. This particular demo uses wavefronts to show reflection and refraction between two media. For the rest of the demos, go here.

Most of these I found using a Google search. If you have some good ones, or these links are no longer good, please let me know.
