Advisers

The Master's Examination Form is for students in the Evening Master's Degree Program in Applications of Physics. The form should be submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled date of the Master's Examination.

Before completing this form, students must submit a Master's Degree Request to The Graduate School. The instructions for doing so can be found in Physics Master's Examination Procedures. Students should contact the Graduate Adviser at grad@phys.washington.edu with questions.
